SALES AND EXPORT MANAGER

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing management or similar. IMM and/or Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- 8 years’ work experience in a similar position at managerial level.
- Knowledge in product certification and global markets.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage a multi-segment account portfolio.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Ability to prioritize both in terms of workload and in prioritizing which initiatives / actions will have the greatest business impact.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English. Great interpersonal skills and a pleasant, outgoing personality.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements annual sales targets and plans in line with strategic objectives.
- Builds and maintains effective customer relationships.
- Oversees export process for each export sale to ensure goods are received by customers on time, within cost and to specification.
- Monitors existing and identifies and develops new markets and market opportunities.
- Negotiates and develops relationships with new distributors/commercial partners.
- Develops and maintains effective and efficient networks and market analysis to ensure competitor activity is known and threats mitigated where needed.
- Collects outstanding funds from all debtors.
- Ensures a continuous cycle of review for improvement.
- Holds weekly meetings with sales team reviewing performance against targets and agreeing corrective or new actions, in order to meet targets.
- Develops customer service standards to guide all interactions between the company and its customers.
- Develops and implements a quarterly relationship management plan, including regular communication with all customers to ensure that customer satisfaction levels are developed and maintained.
- Conducts statistical reviews and analyses results to improve operation methods and processes.

IMPACT FINANCE DEVELOPER
Job Vacancy Advert 100723 – Reports to Chief Accountant and Head of Liaison
Purpose:
Developing documents to attract finance to Organic Africa and partners, implementing the investments and developing an independent impact finance arm of Organic Africa serving impact companies in regenerative agriculture and wild collection in English-speaking Africa.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required in any of the following fields: finance, economics, environment, law, business administration; combination of relevant experience.
- A Master’s in Finance or an MBA
- Proficient in the use of MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and great interpersonal skills.
- Can work part-time.
- 5 or more years of professional experience outside of Africa.
Additional qualifications that would assist the incumbent to perform competently, but which are not essential:
- Speak other languages (e.g., French, Spanish, German, Chinese)
- Experience in evaluating and loan underwriting desired, and experience in establishing networks with investors.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on complex topics to top management, public groups and/or boards of directors.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from applicants, donors, stakeholders, partners, board members, managers and the general public.
- Ability to prioritize both in terms of workload and in prioritizing which initiatives / actions will have the greatest business impact.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with impact finance project team to develop optimal pitches of business units.
- Manage the investor relationship & communication.
- Assist the financial investment team in building online shop Europe, South Korea, Japan & North America.
- Collaborate with Impact Financial projects team to design optimal business proposals to investors for the efficient allocation of impact investment capital across business units.
- Collaborate with impact financial team to create networks/database and building brand recognition.
- Partners with impact financial team in building financial hubs for the business units.
- Any other assignment as assigned by management.

Purpose: To ensure the short-, medium- & long-term sales viability of the organisation by implementing the agreed sale & marketing strategies.
Reports to: Sales & Export Officer
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing management or similar.
- 1 Years work experience.
- Enthusiasm for the field of Marketing and eager to learn and grow within the structures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage a multi-segment account portfolio.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Marketing on social media platforms experience will be an added advantage.
